Terms of Use

Effective date: October 7, 2026 · Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Welcome, and who we are

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Beebs Games, LLC, which does business as Beebs Games (“Beebs Games,” “we,” or “us”). They cover the Solitaire Buzz app, our website https://beebsgames.com, and anything we offer through them (together, the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you got the App from Apple’s App Store, Section 15 (Apple’s terms) also applies.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you. Before your first match, the App asks you to confirm that you are 13 or older.

You are responsible for what happens on your account and your device. Keep your sign-in secure. Tell us at info@beebsgames.com if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Our license to you, and what you may not do

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as these Terms allow.

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code of the App, except where the law gives you that right;
  • cheat, use bots, scripts, solvers, or other tools that give you an unfair advantage, or exploit bugs, in the App, especially in matches and on leaderboards and achievements;
  • work with another person (or with several accounts of your own) to rig a match or collect rewards unfairly;
  • interfere with or overload the App, our servers, or other players’ games, or try to get around security or age or purchase protections;
  • sell, trade, rent, or give away your account, Honey, or items, or buy them from anyone other than us or Apple;
  • use the App to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others, or to break any law;
  • scrape, collect, or republish information from the App without our permission.

4. Honey, items, and purchases

What Honey is

“Honey” is the virtual currency in the App. You can earn it by playing and you can buy it. You can spend it on in-game things such as power-ups, avatars, frames, themes, and entry to matches. “Items” means anything you can get in the App, including Honey, power-ups, avatars, frames, and themes.

Where your Honey is kept

  • Not signed in: your Honey is kept on your device. If you delete the App or lose the device without an iCloud backup, it can be lost.
  • Signed in: your Honey is kept on our servers, in your account. The App uses that one balance everywhere. The first time you sign in, you can move the Honey you earned on your phone (up to 500) into your account. This can be done once.
  • Limits on earning. Honey you earn by playing, challenges, levels, events, and watching videos is subject to daily limits that we set and may change.

Honey and items are a license, not property

  • Honey and items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own them.
  • Honey has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, gift cards, or anything of real-world value.
  • You cannot transfer, sell, or trade Honey or items to anyone, in or outside the App.
  • We may change what Honey and items cost, what they do, and how you earn them. We may also remove items, adjust balances to fix errors or abuse, and change or end any feature.

Buying things

  • All purchases are made through Apple’s App Store. Apple charges your account, and Apple’s terms govern payment. Prices are shown before you buy and may differ by country and include taxes.
  • To buy Honey while signed in, the App sends Apple’s signed receipt to our server, which checks it and adds the Honey to your account. If your connection fails, the purchase stays pending and is credited when the App can reach our server again. Contact us if Honey you paid for does not arrive.
  • Honey packs and power-up bundles are consumable. They are used up as you spend them. Themes and “Remove Ads” are one-time purchases tied to your Apple account, and you can restore them with “Restore Purchases” in Settings.
  • Refunds. Purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. Refund requests go to Apple. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can help if there was a problem with delivery of what you bought. If Apple refunds a Honey purchase, we may take back that Honey.
  • If you delete your account, you give up the Honey and items that were only in that account, and we cannot restore them. One-time purchases made with your Apple account can be restored if you later reinstall the App.

5. Matches

Matches are competitions of skill between players. In a match, everyone is dealt the same cards, each player plays on their own time, and the higher score wins. There are two formats: a 1 v 1 and a 5-player Hive.

  • Entry and prizes are Honey only. Entry fees are paid in Honey, and prizes are paid in Honey. There are no cash prizes, and Honey cannot be turned into money.
  • How a match works. When you enter a match, your entry fee is taken and your game starts right away. You have one attempt at the deal, with a 10 minute time limit, up to 3 undos, and up to 5 minutes of total pause time. Hints and Peeks are off. Our server replays your moves to check your score, and the server’s score is the one that counts. Your result waits on the results page until the other seats are filled and played.
  • Prizes. In a 1 v 1, the higher score wins both entry fees, and a tie returns each entry. In a Hive, first place wins 50% of the pot, second 30%, and third 20%. Ties split the prize. We keep no part of the pot.
  • If no one joins. If the other seats are not filled within 24 hours of when the match started, the match is cancelled and your entry fee is returned. You can also leave a match and get your entry back, but only before you start playing. Once you start, your entry is committed.
  • Ghosts. The first time you enter a match, we ask whether empty seats may be filled with ghosts, and you can change your answer in Settings. If you say yes and no live player has joined after 10 minutes, we may fill the empty seats with ghosts. A ghost is a recorded game: either a past player’s finished game, kept anonymously with no name, or a game played by the computer. A ghost plays the same deal you do. Ghosts are always labeled as ghosts. A ghost’s entry is provided by us, and a ghost’s winnings are not paid to anyone. If you beat a ghost, you win the prize as normal. If you say no, you only play real people.
  • Limits. You can be in up to 5 matches at once.
  • Fair play. You must play every match yourself, under your own account, without help from tools or other people.
  • Connection problems and leaving early. If you leave a match, run out of time, or fail to start a match within the time shown, your score so far counts, or the match may count as a forfeit. We do our best to handle connection problems fairly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Our decisions. We may cancel or change the result of a match, correct balances and rankings, and refund or take back Honey if we reasonably believe there was a bug, cheating, or a breach of these Terms. Our decisions about matches are final.
  • Availability. Matches may not be available in every place or at every time. We may limit or end matches in any area to follow the law.

6. Your name, profile, and behavior

Your display name, avatar, and any other profile information must not be offensive, misleading, hateful, sexual, or someone else’s name or trademark. Other players can see your display name and profile. On Game Center leaderboards, other players see your Game Center nickname and profile picture instead, and Apple’s rules for those apply. We may change a name or profile, hide it, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. You can report a problem to us at info@beebsgames.com.

7. Ads and other companies’ services

The App shows ads and may contain links, sign-in, payments, or other services from other companies, such as Apple and our ad partner. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do. Ads are not endorsements by us.

The App can also connect to Apple’s Game Center, which is optional. If you sign in, the App sends your scores and achievements to Apple, and other players can see your Game Center nickname, profile picture, and scores on Apple’s leaderboards. Game Center is run by Apple, and Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to it. Game Center scores and achievements have no value in Honey or anything else, and no cash value. We may remove scores that we reasonably believe came from cheating or from breaking these Terms.

8. Our content, and your feedback

The App, including the characters (Buzz and his friends), art, music, sounds, words, puzzles, software, and the names “Solitaire Buzz” and “Beebs Games,” belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them. All rights we do not give you are reserved.

If you send us ideas or feedback about the App, you agree we can use them without paying you or giving you credit.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the App at any time and can delete your account from Settings, then Online play. We may suspend or end your access, or remove items or Honey, if you break these Terms, if we suspect cheating or fraud, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the App. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 4, 8, 10, 11, and 13) will continue after your access ends.

10. The App is provided “as is”

We work hard to make a good game, but we cannot promise that the App will always work, be free of errors or interruptions, or keep your data safe from every possible loss. To the fullest extent the law allows, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, update, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Beebs Games and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Our total responsibility to you for any claim related to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through the App in the 12 months before the claim and (b) US$50. These limits do not apply to anything the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make an important change, we will tell you in the App or on our website before it takes effect. If you keep using the App after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App and delete your account.

13. Which laws apply, and how we sort out problems

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place you live.

If you have a problem, please email info@beebsgames.com first. Most issues can be fixed quickly. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that a court in Cleveland County, Oklahoma has jurisdiction, unless the law of your home requires otherwise.

14. Other things you should know

  • The whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the App.
  • If part is invalid. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Not giving up rights. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, we have not given up the right to do so later.
  • Transfers. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or merger.
  • Export and sanctions. You may not use the App in a place or in a way that violates export or sanctions laws.

15. Apple’s terms (for people who got the App from the App Store)

These Terms are between you and Beebs Games only, not with Apple. You and we agree that:

  • Apple has no obligation to give maintenance or support for the App. We are responsible for support.
  • If the App does not meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App. Any other claims, losses, or costs about the App are our responsibility, not Apple’s.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims by you or anyone else about the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App does not meet a legal requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
  • If anyone claims that the App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and defending that claim.
  • You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo or on a list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the App, such as your wireless provider’s terms.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. When you accept them, Apple will have the right (and will be considered to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you.
