Can you see my financial information?
No. Our apps keep your records on your own devices, and in your own private iCloud if you turn on sync. We don’t run servers that hold your books, so we never receive a copy and can’t look anything up for you.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store, so Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account and choose the purchase.
Do your apps give tax or accounting advice?
No. Our apps help you keep organized, accurate records, but they don’t provide tax, legal or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified CPA or tax professional before making financial or tax decisions.
How do I report a security concern?
Email info@beebsgames.com with “Security concern” in the subject line. Please describe what you found, but don’t include passwords or account numbers.
