Solitaire Buzz Support

In the app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Themes and Remove Ads come back. Honey packs and power-up packs are used up as you spend them, so they are not restored.

Give the app a minute with a good internet connection and reopen it. If it still has not shown up, email us the date and what you bought. Apple’s receipt email helps.

Apple handles all purchases and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to ask for one.

Sign in with Apple, enter a Duel or a Hive, and play. Your game starts right away, everyone gets the same deal, and the best score wins. Your result waits on the Results page until the other seats have played.

Matches use Honey only. There are no cash prizes, and Honey cannot be cashed out.

If nobody joins your match after 10 minutes, and you have allowed it, empty seats can be filled with ghosts: recorded games that are always labeled as ghosts. If you would rather only play real people, turn ghosts off in Settings. If the seats never fill, you get your entry back after 24 hours.

In the app, go to Settings, then Online play, then Delete account. Your profile, balances and Honey history are removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
